Dialer Online Network - Terms of Service
Users of the DialerOnline Network are responsible for procuring,
examining and following the statutes and regulations on the
subject of telemarketing, privacy, and all other statutes,
regulations, and rules. Stonehouse is not responsible for
customers use of the system. Customers acknowledge that Stonehouse
has no control whatsoever over to whom, when and in what manner
a customer uses the system. As a customer of Stonehouse, it
is your responsibility to investigate and clean your lists
with regard to all laws concerning telemarketing and privacy.
Users also agree to communicate the valid telephone number
as the caller id number, below. Users agree to comply with
rules regarding Do Not Call lists, hours of operation, and
any other rules regarding telemarketing. Some of those rules
include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA)
and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, which users
explicitly agree to follow.
Customer agrees to indemnify Stonehouse Communications, LLC
for any loss Stonehouse incurs due to the customers use of
the system, including, but not limited to legal liability.
